Our services

Carolina Water Systems provides whole-home water testing, filtration, softening, and purification systems, along with installation and ongoing service, to homeowners in the Carolinas. A free water test is an in-home assessment; any quote we provide is an estimate based on that assessment and your home’s water.

Requesting a test or quote

When you submit your information, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are the homeowner or are authorized to request service for the property. We will contact you to confirm scheduling. A test or quote does not create an obligation to purchase.

Communications

By providing your phone number, you agree we may contact you by phone, text, and email about your request and service. See our Privacy Policy for details, including how to opt out of text messages (reply STOP). Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Estimates & pricing

Quotes are valid for the period stated and may change if conditions at your home differ from the assessment. Final pricing, warranty terms, and any financing are set out in your written purchase agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with this site.

Warranties

Product and workmanship warranties, including any limited warranty referenced on this site, are described in your purchase agreement and the manufacturer’s documentation. Marketing statements on this website are not a warranty.

Intellectual property

The Carolina Water Systems name, logo, and the content of this site are our property and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carolina Water Systems is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits any rights you have under your written purchase agreement or applicable law.
